How Do I Qualify for Free "No Hassle" Shipping?

• Internet orders with over $75 in product qualify for FREE ground shipping within the continental US.
• Under $75 is a flat $7.50!
• That's a savings of 10-20%! No guesswork, no huge shipping & handling charges!

Read the following carefully for details:

• Orders to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO's do not qualify.
• For orders to Canada and areas outside the US do not receive free shipping click here for more info: International Orders
• APO do not receive free shipping and are treated as international packages by the USPS and can take 3-4 days longer to deliver, click here for more info: International Orders
• Church, school or government Purchase Orders do not receive free freight and require a minimum $100 order.
• On returned orders we deduct the cost of shipping from your credit if it is a full return or the amount purchased drops below $75
• We make every effort to ship in a timely manner, however, shipping times are not guaranteed

How are Most Orders Shipped?

Orders are normally shipped USPS or FedEx Ground from our California warehouse and will arrive in 6-11 business days. Please allow 2 weeks on any order before being concerned about a misshipment. If an order is shipped FedEx a tracking number is normally e-mailed to you. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico take several days longer to be delivered by the Postal Service.

What about special shipping?

Expedited shipping is available in the shopping cart before the payment page. You can also call us during normal business hours (PST) at 877-463-1053 for shipping pricing. These all ship same day if ordered early enough in the day to pack and ship before pick-up. The term business day, does not include the day of shipment. Note that your shipment will come from Southern California.

-Ground Express - 1-5 Business Days

-3 Day Express Saver - 3 Business Days

-2 Day Express - 2 Business Days

-Overnight Express - 1 Business Days

-Priority Mail - 2-5 Business Days

Shipping responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the proper address to ship to. Misshipments due to address error are the responsibility of the receipient. All FedEx orders are tracked/insured, if you want your USPS order tracked/insured please make a note in the Memo section of the shopping cart and we will add tracking to it, there is a $3 charge for this service.

-Please note: We are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a late, lost or damaged package, except for the cost of the product and shipping.

-Note that these terms are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of shipping in cases of cart error, changes in terms from shipping providers, or other unseen events.

SPECIAL NOTICE Due to the increases in shipping costs on Large Mounted Flannel Boards (including the Large Life of Jesus Set) and Medium mounted flannelboards by UPS & FedEx Ground. Due to these extreme costs we have integrated $7 to the cost of each large mounted board and $2 on medium mounted boards.We apologize for these charges, but unfortunately they do not even reflect our actual shipping costs. An additional difficulty is that our mounted boards are very inexpensive to begin with and so the relative cost to ship is quite high. Without the increase we would no longer be able to carry the boards. Please note that all of our boards are available in an unmounted form that do not incur additional charges - click here for details.
