Note: All returns must be pre-approved via e-mail within 30 days of purchase and must have been purchased directly from The Felt Source and be in original, re-sellable condition.

Unless the product is defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the initial cost of shipping to you is non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit. In addition, for partial returns, if the un-returned order is less than $75 the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
